Billing, cancelling and the fine print
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The club is month to month. Cancel online whenever you like and it stops at the end of the period you paid for.
When am I billed?
The same date each month, from the date you join.
Can I use the club in the self-serve bays?
No. The club covers the automatic bays. Self-serve is pay-per-minute for everyone, members included.
Can I put two cars on one plan?
Each plan covers one vehicle. Ask about the household rate for a second.
What if I get a new car?
Tell us the new plate and we move the plan over. No charge, no new signup.
Do you take cash?
Yes. Cash, card, tap, chip, Apple Pay and Google Pay — at every bay and every vacuum.
Which wash should I actually buy?
Washing occasionally, take a single. Washing regularly, take the plan at the same tier — it is unlimited for a fixed monthly price and you can cancel any time.
Not ready to join?
Take a single. Every wash on the board is available one at a time, and the club will still be there next month.
